Is Apex worth a buy?

I'm not much into MP so i mostly play single player missions since MP just kills my performance (Running the game at 40 fps all on high on single player and barely 15 with al on low when playing Multiplayer)
So...is Apex worth a buy for a more single player experience?

Its not essential, but Im glad I got it.

If you are pure Sp then there should be enough free content out there to last you a lifetime.

Map is worth it, everything else is not but since it comes in a box, yes it is!
Only thing i was dissapointed big time was campaign!

Did that long ago and still have horrible frame rates online...Must be the amount of plugins and scripts.
Remember playing arma 2 dayz servers with lots of mods and the framerate was cancer with aids.
I'm okay with 30 fps...but when i can barely reach 15 fps on a multiplayer match and graphics look like an updated handheld console...i pass

No, the sp campaign in its current state is terrible for singleplayer. Only get it when it's on sale for the workshop missions

But the sp campaign is a good introduction to mp team work for people new to Arma.

Tanoa is a beautiful island to play on. You could get more out of it in offline play since only players that own Apex can join servers when that map is running. This means that it shows up less on servers that are worried about losing playerbase.

Sure I think its worth it for single player. Not necessarily the campaign and to be honest I haven't played it yet but have enjoyed some workshop content instead. Beautiful that it is, combat on Tanoa is very brutal due to the dense foliage. And those head shaped totems scare the smeg out of me.

Reminds me of predator when i play on Tanoa....i know they are there....i know they are watching....but i just cant see them....im ♥♥♥♥♥♥

if you like vietnam type combat you really need to get this if you dont like that dont get it.

Es bastante recomendable, sobretodo si juegas con clanes y servers privados, no voy a extenderme pero ofrece una buena variedad de nuevas armas, vehiculos y el mapa es 10/10 lo mejor que he visto en mucho tiempo. Si no juegas en clanes todavia puedes esperar debido a que los publicos tardan mas en dar el salto en los dlcs pero con el tiempo lo daran.(En mi opinion mejor pillar esta expansion primero a los dlcs; eso si pide mas potencia que en el vainilla).

El tema de los FPS si juegas a severs muy massificados lo notaras mucho que los fps te caen a 20 es mejor jugar con otros, 30-40 jugadores que con 60 o + y que sea injugable. Te voy hacer un poco de offtopic pero aqui puedes ver todo lo que esta previsto que venga este año:
