MAR-10 vs. Cyrus

I've been playing KOTH quite a bit lately, and i've noticed that the MAR-10 is weaker than the Cyrus, even though the MAR-10 has .338 Lapua rounds, or am I stupid and .338 is actually weaker than 9.8 rounds in general? Because the Cyrus seems to 1 shot nearly every shot, but the Mar-10 only sometimes kills people in one body shot.

Thank you to those of you who gave real answers and not fought on an online thread like it's Facebook politics. Helped out a lot because I've always used the MAR-10 for more long range sniping, but in more urban encounters I have always got countered by the Cyrus 9.3, unless the marksman is great and can get used to the bullet drop weight difference between them. Time to get the Cyrus as well!
