How to customize your armband in Arma3 and let others see your armband in multiplayer?

I was wondering if there was a way to customize an armband for my character and let others see it in multiplayer.
Is there any way or how to do it?
I would appreciate it if you could give me some advice.

if you're talking about unit patches then you go into you virtual armory from the main menu and create your loadout. at the very bottom there will be the insignia icon. once you click that you should have a list of patches. pick the one you want and save that. that should be all

First of all, thank you for your answer. Secondly, I understand what you mean, but I don't want to use the arsenal to realize custom armbands. The reason is that I must have an arsenal first. In many cases, you will not be given an arsenal in multiplayer games. Even if they give you an arsenal, they can hardly let you customize armbands, sounds, faces, etc. through the arsenal. I prefer to get my character to have an armband from the beginning by means of chartlet or legion badges (actually I have joined the legion). Can you understand what I mean?

Nice question. I think thats impossible, except that you create your own mod. But then you wont be able to play in MP with it. I guess.
