Low FPS on High-End PC regardless of graphic settings

PC Specs :
Rtx 2060 SUPER 8GB
I7-9700
16GB DDR4
Windows 10

So basically i get 40fps on this rig, regardless of my graphic settings.
~45 FPS on Low Settings
~40 FPS on Highest Settings

I'm running 32gb ram.. rtx 2080 , 500gb sad and a i7-4770. I only manage 30fps during combat.

What are you playing?

If it is one of the poorly made game modes then you will get poor fps, If you play something better made you can hold 60fps in combat, unless there is a different problem causing you a problem across the board.

What are you playing?

If it is one of the poorly made game modes then you will get poor fps, If you play something better made you can hold 60fps in combat, unless there is a different problem causing you a problem across the board.

RP, King of the Hill, campaign, everything. I already followed all performance tutorials on here. Every other game on my PC runs as expected.

Btw, i just noticed only 60% of my CPU and 30% of my GPU is getting used, aswell as 6% of the onboard graphics. My Powerplan is on High Performance just as the settings in NVIDIA Control Panel, how do you uncap it? It seems to only happen in arma.

It's arma, just unoptimized unfortunately. Not much that you can do about.

Do you have this hardware running on win10?

Running on a Ryzen 3600 with overclocked RX580 and only getting 40 FPS on Standard settings :(

Very strange i just got my new rig and installed arma (ryzon 7 3800x, Rtx 2070 super) 60 fps on 2k (i guess maybe its locked to 60) on multiplayer with everything set to max. and view distance 4000 (i just selected a number because i was not shure anymore (havn´t played for a year) if my sniper rifle shoots 2500 or 3500 meters. With my old rig i had 30 fps (even shadows turned completely off) if i was lucky. So you should get better fps too.
