Looking for help to add Chernarus map to Arma 3 hosted server.

4 days ago I purchased a subscription to a arma server for me and some mates. I didn't know what I was doing, but I have spent the past 4 days knuckling down and trying to teach myself all I can. I have successfully figured out how to use the file manager to upload mods to my server, assign the keys correctly and all the mods are in green on the launcher so I am going to assume for now they are working as intended.

Now the problem I am having is I can not understand how to add chernarus map to my server. I have downloaded the Chernarus 2035.zip from the Armaholic website.. then I uploaded the .zip to the file manager, basically the same place where I added the mods.

So Map:- should be a map name...
Server status should be playing.. ect


Any help would be extremely amazing, I have exhausted google search for "how to add maps to arma 3" and all the links I have seen are very confusing.....soplease bare with me, I am new to this but I am willing to do what I can.

I didnt even see that link, I am clearly blind, that doesnt have the Altis maps but it at least explains where I should be putting the files once I get them! so thanks!

You don't download the Altis map as it's already in the game files, you have to pick it in the server.cfg

You change the mission pbo name for the map, so for Altis you change "Exile.Chernarus_Winter" to "Exile.Altis"

Not map wise if using vanilla maps

As i'm using the new winter chernarus from cup, i had to download cup core and maps to the server and then add that to the commandline

alrighty, thanks for the info, by the time I know what I am doing I should make some youtube videos for other new server hosting people.... but then of course many people wont even be bothered with this system once DayZ SA gets all the bells and whistles!
