PBO Manager

Hey guys, i'd like to use the differents scripts in my missions from ALIAS. So i watched different turtorials etc, and i need the PBO manager. I downloaded it from Armaholic, but allways when i unzip the files (7z File), i get only 2 VLC Files? What is the reason for this?
So i tried to ectract it with Arma 3 Tools, "BankRev", but i get allways an error message that the perifix is missing. I don't have an clue....
Sorry i'm new in all those scripting things but i realy wan't to learn it, how every thing is working to creat intressting missions for Arma 3.
So any help and advise is realy welcome.

yes, this one that i tried. Strange, i have 2 VLC files, but i guess maybe now i know the problem, i need to test something
