As usual for Bohemia, their half-baked simulation of the T-140 failed to account for its extremely poorly armored turret, which is only resistant to 30x173mm in reality. Do not fret however, since a real T-14 Armata by 2035 would have state-of-the-art APS, ERA, and a 152mm gun that could theoretically launch small nuclear warheads.
I've found however that the T-140 is very competitive even against extremely potent community-made tanks like the Burnes Challenger II. Definitely a step up from the 2012-era Merkavas and the Leopard from the 2000's and the T-100 that was a blend of two 1990s designs. I suppose incorporating the weak armor of the real T-14's turret would balance things out a litte so Merkavas aren't getting rung out to dry. We should have gotten an M1A3 with a 130mm ETC gun, but alas, we did not.
