Arma 3
How to make arsenal as Zeus?
me and my friends do a lot of private zeus missions, but I haven't figured out how to place an arsenal. How do I do this? I don't want to manually click through every item on a box.

Use Achilles, it improves Zeus a lot. Even has an arsenal module

Place this script into the init of whatever in Zeus: ["AmmoboxInit",[this,true]] call BIS_fnc_arsenal;

Otherwise, check out the Achilles extension mod.

Either use Achilles or use the script Michael posted in the init and execute it. Both work. I prefer using Achilles for mid-mission, and the script if I'm working in the editor.

I'm using achilles but even then when I add the full arsenal to an object it sends me back to zues :(

Are you doing this from the editor or in a Zeus?

In zues

What do you mean by "sends you back to Zeus?"

It's been a while, but you should be able to just drag the full arsenal option onto a storage container and it'll work

Ok so I put the arsenal onto an object. (a box/chair whatever) then I spawn an AI and take control of him. Then I go to the box. Select "Arsenal" then it boots me back to zues controls. It even comes with a lil loading screen

I don't believe the controlled AI can access the arsenal. In an editor mission, try setting up a playable character as a game master so you can switch in between player and Zeus. That player should be able to access the arsenal

^ I use controlled AI all the time. they should be able to access the arsenal of things. Although, i think i've had issues accessing the inventory of vehicles without having to get in them

Zeus controlled AI have some limitations, but not a lot and the ones that are there aren't terribly game breaking

If you have to change the arsenal of an AI use the arsenal vanilla module on it, for the rest yeah, you can't use the arsenal as a controlled unit.

Replying to this thread as there doesn't seem to be an answer to "How to make arsenal as VANILLA Zeus?" and this thread shows up in searchers more often than other threads.

1. Go to Units>Empty>Supplies>Ammo

2. Grab whatever storage unit you want

3. Upon placement, an interface will appear detailing the items that will be in the storage unit. Move to any other tab (the icons just above the item list) other than the 'current' tab.

4. Look at the item list and press an Item. One of the sides should have the infinite (∞) character. Click that and then press 'Ok'

5. You now have an arsenal with an infinite supply with that item.

Do note that the arsenal will only have an infinite supply of the item you've chosen to give the ∞ amount modifier. However, loading up saved loudouts will still work even if the items don't show up in the arsenal selection.
