Code4Gaming Admins Ban for no reason and no proof

Today a friend got ban of C4G servers because to many noobs are crying about being killed by a hacker. They don't even give proof of a cheat, hack, use bug or glitch to legitimate there decision. We have a group of very good player who are playing like 4 years at KOTH, was lvl 90 before wipe and no just 76 but my friend was almost lvl120 and we are all pretty sure he is not cheating. He is good, that all. But is look like some player dont like to be killed and crying always against people on top of the leaderboard, using naving, lynx, launcher etc...

The admins refuse to give the proof because of there "evidence rules" and "detection method". In fact, they just probably watching the game and dont listen when someone is desiganting a target after we window or whatever and if we shoot the wall, they think people have a wall hack or something. These admins sounds like very bad player or bad investigator...

Did anyone got issues with them already ?

Now the ban all new account of my friend (steam one) because they check the ID and say this is ban evading.

Bonus my friend was donator for more than 2 years on C4G servers for VIP slots.

Do you know, I heard one koth rules is "never engage koth in bohemia or steam forum", you could get ban..permanent maybe... if you havedisagreement, you should use their discord and ask for "reconsider" or unban by other admin.

KOTH MAYBE based on old "king of the hill system" coding war game between porgrammer (in 90s). It basically only send your data & respon to "the server", you enemy also doing the same. In the server, it will calculate the game and send back to your pc so your pc can transform the "game activity" to graphics.

So the admin have "ability" to download from server about game activity history and take it and simulate in their pc...more likely a replay movie, and all communication, chat, how people play were known to them. So when someone report that someone cheating etc..they will replay the game as a spectator that see from your "player" and see weather you are naughty or honest.

C4G admins just abuse of their power. Just don't even investigate. Just look how many player report they have by day and how many case à ban appeal they have on discord. It is impossible that they have the time to investigate for all for them and you can see almost of the time they respond "dealt with" too fast like they already check everything and decide to ban. Thats totally impossible for them to have already check a game and every factor who can show who cheat or not.

They don't have any tools to find hack software or whatever. They just decide by feeling.

This is a bad episode from admin on code4gaming server, I play on the mentioned server very much and know the mentioned player very well and yes he is one of the best players on the server and furthermore supports code4gaming when purchasing VIP access. He is also known for ensuring that other new players who do not know the server rules yet, for example, must not lie in overturned walls, etc. So basically a player, you at code4gamming should be happy on the servers.
as I play a lot on the c4g servers and also support with VIP member, I am sorry and worried about this development. and i hope c4g will look at the matter again, because with my knowledge of this person i think c4g made the wrong decision .... MonsterJerk
