You cant really compare tanks and apcs regarding who is "best",considering their completely different roles and as sich inherited design choices.

The Tsomebullshitnumber angara-K
is "best" when it comes to raw fire power, while the gorgon and btr kamysh are really good all around with the gorgon being relatively fast on roads.
Both the SPAA vehicles that exist are really good for utility( as they can disable/kill anything up to MBTs)

The slammer is the wildcard if you enjoy listening to hava nagila.

I really like the CRV-6e Bobcat. It is best suited to a lot of tasks, except killing and blowing up vehicles.
