ya I will be happy to walk you through everything. so I usually play on the wasteland server and I have no problems at all. But particularly yesterday I had high ping and I had some exile mods that were updating and so just to avoid all of the hassle I went on ahead and uninstalled them. Bad idea. As soon as I started arma 3 back up and logged into my usual server I had an error that said " bad_module_info has stopped working." Then another popup after exiting showed this error code " 0x000000FF - " I have already attempted a fix with windows game mode but that made it worse and made getting booted out of the game instant. So its not that, more than anything else I hugely suspect that its the mods having something to do with it one way or another. Btw system specs dont matter at all and I feel that its completely irrelevant to the issue. But if anything its a windows 10, AMD system. That is all that I have done when it comes to trying to fix it, I have already redownloaded the mods and am looking into some other things to fix it.

just recently ran a check disk command and my pc got completely stuck and I had to restart it. and it commpletely corrupted many system files so im gonna need to reinstall my windows and all of that....... fml

ArmA engine esoterics. Usually means that something is broken or doesn't work right. Common with poorly written scripts.

I appreciate the link but after countless hours of one dead end after another it doesn't work. Hell I had even reinstalled windows 10 and all of that jazz. Regardless im going to keep picking at the damm game and hope I get it back up and running again.

I have olso !!?? about steam gif they good data, 2 days ago i did get a update for arma 2 ( not arma 2 OA) !!!!! old game but ok ,,, i play dayz mod and after this update my A2 compleet game dint work any more error on error ,,, have removed all A2 (dvd + dlc) and frech install and now its works again. and yesterday whit install A2 i did get a update off athor game but in my propeties i did block auto update.i only update if i turn on my game on.
Dos steam works correct , whit download good data and install.

Again i whish you the luck to run your game.

ya I heard some things about A2 getting a new update so hopefully A3 would get an update to hopefully fix whatever is going on with it. However I did find a way to run A3 but I wont be able to use my headset which is a huge bummer.
