Creator DLC Not working?

When I launch my game up with the creator dlc it wont let me play the campain because ''i dont own the dlc''

You have to BUY it. Yes, even if you have bought the all-inclusive-version that granted all future DLCs for free... :-/

I'm having model issues with the East Germany troops. Some of the characters stick out of the vehicles in the eden editor; but I've seen that happen in regular mods and I'm not too bothered by it.

if you bought it you have to enable it in the launcher under the DLC section.

Look in your Steam Library. It says that it is not installed.

It automatically becomes enabled once the DLC is purchased. It just doesn't get installed until the DLC is downloaded, and at 57 GB that is going to take awhile.

On the launcher, under the dashboard there is "DLC" click that and make sure the Mod is loaded as an optional Mod. As so: https://imgur.com/a/2d0ocK3

All future BIS DLC, yes. This isn't a BIS DLC though, it's third party.

I thought BIS was done making their own DLCs for ARMA 3 after Tanks and was going to focus on helping along these Creator third party ones instead?
