Just play Arma 1 or 2 a while then you will love the movement in A3 :P
Yeah, no, this isn't that kinda game.
Its more that game players have a eye on COD or Battlefield game play speed ,, arma is not that and they have feeling off clunky game play.
Same with movement. Can I move into any direction only a little bit? No, I can't because if I press W I go full speed (sprinting not included)
Highly recommend this one, although while it does add more flexible movement options like jumping, climbing, and some better instances of vaulting obstacles, it won't resolve the game's ~100ms input lag. This video explains some of the game's fundamental control issue better than I can. Argo and Arma use the same fundamental engine and assets, making the two games' issues almost interchangeable at this level.

its not difficult to do these moves in arma3 and it doesnt look or feel unrealistic...
maybe you need to change your mouse and FOV settings in the game settings to make it feel better and more comfortable for you
