What is the "Elite" Perimeter of the Black Beret? [SOLVED]

While making a kit for a Syndicat soldier I found a strange thing about the Black Beret, there was this new Perimeter that had ONLY this item, it is called Elite, I don't know what it does do, but seems to be important. I had no mod or strange script installed, so it's a vanilla feature.

It doesn't makes no sense...
Because the item "Black Beret" it's from ArmA 3, and not from Argo, so it shouldn't be an error.
But this "Elite" perimeter seems to be used only for bots, because "Elite" seems to be kind of "Super Soldier", so if a bot wear a Black Beret, should it be better then an another bot exactly like him excpet for not wearing that beret?

It's an intentional Easter Egg.
There's an extra check in the Arsenal function which will add the Elite property when the class of the selected item is "H_Beret_blk".
The function even has a comment "--- Easter egg" next to it.

It doesn't change the actual unit in any way.

Yeah. It's not a new thing though. I remember seeing it mentioned years ago. It's just not that well known for some reason.
