No incoming missile on radar?

I cant see any incoming missiles so its impossible for me to use flares. whyyyyyy

You hear a beeping noise and if you don't its either used by laser marker or not even a homing missile

Look at the radar circle at the top, last I tried it didnt make any sound it just flashes red and you can see the incoming missile inside the circle as a red dot.

the problems is that i dont see any flashes, i only hear the beeping and then i die

If you hear the beeping you are being locked-on. You can see the flashes if your aircraft is equipped with an advanced radar system mounted on e.g. jet-fighters and gunships.

I thought the beeping means missle is inbound not being locked-on lol

Lock-on is most likely a sign of a missile being inbound yes. However a missile doesn't need to be in-flight and fired to lock on. As far as I know, there are no self-seeking missiles in this game, so what you are describing is not possible in Arma 3.
