How to setup Zeus in multiplayer
Hello! I wanted to know how do you setup Zeus correctly, because if i go with the vanilla setup of Zeus i don't get every addon.

I tried to create my own Zeus a map but my friends can't respawn and i can't see them has Zeus.

I don't know what im doing wrong, but any help will be good!

ADDING LOGGED ADMIN ZEUS TO A MISSION
  1. Select the map you want to use
  2. Systems > Modules > Game Master {ModuleCurator_F}
    • Set Owner to #adminLogged
    • Uncheck Forced Interface

ADDING EDITOR PLACED OBJECTS TO ZEUS
  1. Add either a Virtual or Player Zeus to your mission as above
  2. Systems > Modules > Zeus > Add Editable Objects {ModuleCuratorAddEditableObjects}
    • Set Assigned Zeus to zCurator
    • Set Add Crew to Add
  3. Sync the Add Editable Objects {ModuleCuratorAddEditableObjects} Module to the Game Master {ModuleCurator_F} Module
  4. Sync any units you want to be editable by Zeus during the mission to the Add Editable Objects {ModuleCuratorAddEditableObjects} Module

Thank you so much! but another problem! when everyone dies the mission ends! do you know how do i stop that?

hey Spiky, you should probably spawn an NPC and control them while keeping your Zeus in a secure location, as once the Zeus is dead the game is over.

Hey WiLD, I was wondering if you knew how to set up a separate team for Zeus players. I've seen it a couple of times and it usually appears as a star in the lobby.

For that you need to set up the Zeus(s) as virtual only and they will all appear under the Star (Virtual) faction. You can set them up as global Zeus or restrict them to specific factions via the Zeus (BLUFOR) / (Civilian) / (Independent) / (OPFOR) virtual entities.

You can have multiple Add editable Objects modules that restrict each Zeus to editing only editor placed objects of their own faction.

NOTE: even with only virtual Zeus(s) you can still participate in the game by spawning in a unit and Remote Controlling it.

If you have a look at that in the editor you'll see how it's done.

Short answer: Just add multiple GameMaster / Zeus modules to the map and sync each pait together making sure the GameMaster Owner / Zeus Variable Name match in each pair.

I have a problem that I cannot fix. When doing my own multiplayer scenario, I set the spawn in the multiplayer attributes and set the spawn on non-standard points.
But what is the problem?
Well, when I create a virtual zeus, when I want to play it, I can't revive it because it says "Wait for zeus points". Does anyone know what to do to be able to be reborn as zeus like for example in "Zeus Master 48 + 2" mode?

Hey so, you need to go to modules > multiplayer > respawn point > set it to BLUFOR (Or whatever side you want to respawn there) and name it. Then go to the top bar of the editor, go to general > multiplayer > and change the settings to disable AI, respawn on custom position, and set a timer for 5 seconds and you should be good to go

I'm not quite sure what you mean, it's been a while since I've made a mission so I may be a little off.

I know this is really really old however, how do I add Zeus to a scenario I downloaded from the workshop?

Thats what im tryng too. If you are the host the most easy way is to download " Simple Single Player Cheat Menu " and in game you can enable this from up the map and enable zeus.

In my side i try with the master game to give to everyone zeus. But the zCurator dont work.
