You may have to compensate by just shooting the bonus targets.
My expertise is with regards to CoF Red 1 and Blue 1, which are closer-quarter drills that do not have the same issues as Red 3. Watch the cones that make up your "shooting zones" and make sure to not lean over them, or that's a penalty 50% of the time.
Especially do not walk past a cone or have a foot outside of it. It's faster to fire from the shoulder rather than aim down the sight, which takes time. You sprint slightly faster with your rifle than you do your pistol.
That's correct indeed. I'm just very quick with Red 1, which I'm rank #12 on with a time of 43.387 seconds.
I regret that I did not. I just hit each target with extreme speed and hit all of the extra targets.
