Yes, it's an idependant greek colony in game, and in real life it is a greek island called lemnos.

Its not just the lemnos island its a colony which combines different areas like Kavala and Ioannina are not even Islands and either places in limnos arma 3 combined greek places with the greek environment to create a whole united island named Altis
