Is there a way to disable the mouse steering when in a vehicle? I hate it.

Yes there is. Its in the options, called vehicle look i think

Or you can just tap left ALT twice and enable free look mode so mouse will ony turn camera around not the wheels.

Doing it in the settings is a better way of doing it, This was one of the best things about a3 control settings over A2 i used to hate having to do that left ALT twice BS everytime i got in a vehicle.
