Letting game moderator place objects

Me and some of my friends wants to do some private zeus matches, but i can't be bothered by beeing zeus all by my own. So i wanted to know how i could give the game moderator the ability to place troops and object?

When in Lobby, the Admin in the game can change the parameter for that in the top right corner.
