I will try out opentrack soon.
One question tho: Is opentrack working online? like on Battleye protected servers?
I think so. I have joined several public servers with opentrack in the background and I haven't had any problems with battleeye. A
And I haven't found a solution to the opentrack working on 64bit arma.
Did you try do download the latest version of opentrack?
That's great! Yea I uninstalled and reinstalled arma 3 when the update dropped and during the trouble shooting, I uninstalled/reinstalled opentrack. I checked the setting on both Arma and Open; they continue to be the same.
But if it works for you, thats good. At least it works and its something having to do on my end. I guess I'm overlooking something? I don't know. I'll check it out once more.
Thanks!
My only concern was if battleye would block opentrack.
Have not yet tried multiplayer with it. I just got into head tracking...
I did a lot of research: one thing that i have read was to try NOT to run opentrack as admin.
I appreciate it. And yea, I don't run Open as admin anyway. If I can't get it to work, I'll probably just stick with 32bit, as it seems to work with that at the moment.
Since i only installed it yesterday. Try to enable TrackIr in arma controllers.
I think thats is your problem...
This is the options I get when Opentrack is working with Arma. Track IR is disabled, and "FreeTrack" is enabled. Opentrack is the FreeTrack option. This is before the update and when using the 32bit version.
I do not get the "FreeTrack" option under the 64bit version.
opentrack version 2.3.1.4 ?
It shows in 64 bit arma for me...
64 bit is supported. it was updated in janary. https://forums.bistudio.com/forums/topic/140837-development-branch-changelog/?page=38#comment-3136520
This sucks. I'll see what I can do to make it work.
smh
Can you please share what you found out?
What was it?
Also do you have any problems using it online now?
For me It was blocked by BE a few days ago after the Hotfix. But I was unable to reprduce the bug.
BE reports blocking NPClient64.dll. As a result no tracking device is showing in Arma 3 controllers. Has anyone found a solution to this?
