KOTH player menu disapearing (also mini map)

I think only koth players will be able to help me...Ok, so lets start with the player menu. I am level 27, nothing to brag about but I have played a few games of koth. I have always been able to access the player menu via the scroll wheel on my mouse. mainly for joining groups. a few games ago this happened and is still happening, that player menu i can only access one time.. meaning, if i click it, then leave the player menu, its gone. it just simple isnt their from the scroll wheel menu anymore. HOWEVER, if i click esc, abort, go back to lobby, then rejoin..that player menu is back again. but still, is a one time use. I hope I explained it well enough. now the mini map. the "mini map" in koth was always in the top left conner, one day it just disapeared. so what I have been doing is left ctrl m to get the gps "map". but it is different , looks worse and it appears in the bottom right. and everytime I die I have to click, left ctrl m to get my "mini map" back.The minimap that I used to get looks like the one I get on the death screen, as ur waiting to be revieved, I get that map for some reason, but any other point in the game Its not their. . again, hope I explained this well enough. If u have any help thoughts for either of my 2 problems, please help. Thanks

They have updated KOTH servers to where the player menu is available with the "~" key.

I've never seen the minimap in the top left whilst I'm alive, I've always used the GPS.

I have the same issue with the player menu, I can only access it once.
The radar in AA tanks isn't working either.
Minimap is fine, but for me it was always bottom right and I always need to use ctrl m after respawn.

if u hit the ~ key, thats how u get the player menu

Player menu works now but it is the "^°" key, below ecscape.
Radar in AA tanks is still not working.
