Arma 3
How do I get rid of this (screenshot)

This has got to be one of the most annoying things ever. I have poured through the game options and cannot for the life of me find a way to turn these tips off. it asks if you would like to see this message again in the future, and every time I press NO. Yet every single time I do a halo drop and deploy my parachute, this pops up. Any time I get into a vehicle I get similar messages. Gets very old, very fast.

Yes, I've tried clicking yes too, even though thats counter intuitive, since its asking do you want to show this message again in the future. Id appreciate it if the next response isn't completely patronizing.

No I was serious. And you even did it already, so it wasn't so silly to say.

Its called troublshooting.....if you leave out the silly options, you might miss an easy solution.

Then it's the mission makers fault. This is no default hint made by BI. It's a custom one, so you will have to deal with it or contact the server owner/mission creator to change/fix it.

Roger, forgive my frustration. Steam forums are notorious for trolls.

Hm, open your profile with the editor:
"C:\Users\%username%\Documents\Arma 3 - Other Profiles\yourprofile\yourprofile.Arma3Profile"

And set
tutorialHints=0;

if it isn't. Maybe this helps.

Read comments in your screenshot, I left the instructions there.
