Seriously, go back to school, college or somewhere that will teach you how routers work.
If you have a UPnP router (google to find out if it is or not, i'm not a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ book) then enable the UPnP and Arma 3 can automatically port-forward.
I was trying to help you, and my style of typing normally includes swearing etc, so sorry if you felt offended or something.
EDIT] You didn't say you knew how to port-forward or not, and if you did, proof please.
I know right. Talk about how three years have passed!
