Well they make braod destruction... so.. lol
Ok... here's a little bit more refined question.
I'm looking for a launcher that's cheep and light and has the most bang for my bucks....
I mostly play "Infantry only"... so it dosn't need to be a tank buster.
"The RPG-42 Alamut is a Un-guided Missile Launcher used by CSAT and FIA. It fires AT Missiles which use to destroy Armored Personal Carriers and does minor damage to tanks and fires HE Missiles which are used against buildings, Light Armored Vehicles and ground infantry"
But to engage Infantry I prefer to use a Rifle with GL Attachment.
Rpg 7 - goes 1.6km with no drop. Very accurate once you get use to it. Shooting down auto hover hellies at 1km is easy. Kills anything up to ifrit with 1 shot, strider is 50/50 depending where it hits and if it lags or not. Hellie wise, littlebird blows up from 1 shot, rest ussualy get critical damage. Blackfish and huron can take a beating from it, but who ussualy flies thoses.... With perk explosive (i think), you get 4 rockets, 3 without. Has a wierd aim at 0-50 or 100m. But easy to get use to.
The aim looks something like: ( Ignore the dots =D )
.._.._.. <---- ~0-50 m aim by having the targets center just below ( _ _ )
./......\.
.---II---. <----- ~100m-1600m aim by having the center of targer right above the ( II )

The close range aiming if you not use to it can be a killer. So use rpg-7 mid-long range, RPG-42 close-mid.
ALAMUT RPG-42 - Has a pretty big drop, so harder to aim when on hilly locations. Damage wise, close to rpg-7, cept it always, if not almost always kill anything up to strider 1 shot. Zamak are almost always also 1 shot depending where you hit. Bad at shootin down hellies that are farther then 300m or so.
ALAMUT RPG-42 HE - good vs people, has massive AOE damage, horrible vs anything that has a motor, cept maybe a pickup... With Explosive perk (I think) you get 3 rockets, without 2, same with the non HE varient.
PCML - Auto-lock on , on any land vehicle (even hellies IF they are touching the ground, or almost touching it). Damage wise, something between an rpg-7 and rpg-42. So you might not kill a strider with 1 shot, most of time you will though. If server lags or the thing you shooting lags, the rocket can do 0 damage or miss by a mile =\ 1 rocket without perk, 2 with.
Vehicle servers:
Don't bother using RPG-7, RPG-42 or PCML vs anything armoured.
Titan - Heavy, lock on + can guide yourself without locking on. Best damage out of all. Has AA(anti air)/AT(anti tank)/AP(anti person) rounds. You get 1 rocket without perk, 2 with.
So in short.
If you want just to kill some cars at times and some people, RPG-7 or RPG-42. Killing hellies at close range 100-300m is possible with RPG-42
If you want to kill JUST people RPG-42 HE.
If you want long range kills of stationary or slow moving vehicles(cars and hellies) RPG-7, since it has no drop.
If you want to kill moving vehicles far range Titan or PCML. Some inf servers have a PCML(saw 1 with a titan), while titans is mostly on vechiles server.
If you want to kill a tank or Hellies that are moving - TITAN.
^This was an AWESOME reply! Detailed and right what I needed....
Thank you, you are truely a PhD! :)
( Ever think of putting this in a Guide? It would help others too I bet. )
