its a step backwards
apex is a half ass map, with guns that should have already been in our game...
I'm not saying that they should or should not be in the game, just saying there is more than just a map when someone talks about Apex, i hardly play Tanoa but i do use the rest of the stuff a lot. but i mainly got the expansion as i've definitely got my moneys worth in playing time from the core game and DLC's so wanted to give back and support the devs for still giving us big updates all theses years later for free.
Oh so standard guns belong in the 2035 era? Making the MXs a complete waste of space?
By 2035 I imagine technology has advanced, guns have, fighting has, everything
Apex Offers
A new map
100+ new map objects, for you know actual arma players who like to make custom missions.
A mini-campagin
dozen new weapons
Anti-thermal tech
QRF/Fast Attack vics
VOLTS
2 mini factions, with their own set of gear.
2 new camo schemes for NATO/CSAT rrespectivly
A new Chinese/native radio protocal
Searsly, go back to DayZ or something. The expansion is well worth it's cost. Just becuase you didn't want a chunk of it doesn't mean the overall content is bad.
I picked it up on steam with 80% off.
1. save money for it
2. wait for a sale
3. leave it be
Not much to discuss about it.
