The game takes a long time to load and crashes constantly, since there is no saving option in between, I always start over again, which makes it annoying. I wonder what is the reason (it wasn't happening before)

Did you install mods before the problem?

I mean did you install some mods and then the problem occurs. Try to make a reinstall but make sure to backup your userdata folder.

Doesn't work, still keeps crashing especially on weekends

I dont know what cause the problem then. Try to play with fewer girls. Or monitor the game performances, maybe your ram is not enough. But if its worked before, i dont really know.

I have 32 GB RAM, there is no way it won't be enough, thank you anyway.

Did you install only HF patch, or some mods separately? Try to install just the hf patch. Its crashing if you start a new game? Another thing if one girl is wearing a lot of items it can cause crashes too. (i found this possibility on reddit) Try to start a new game with basic characters, maybe one of your character is the problem. I have a character in the past who cause massive lagging because of her clothes, when i was near to her (i have 32gb ram too).

This. Any girl card can trash the performance if it's got a lot of mods in it.
The number of students in your game matters a lot too. Around 40 is all I can get away with.
