Is this the lastest Koikatsu game?

First of all, i heard the company went under, also that theres a "Koikatsu: Sunshine"

But for all intents and purposes, is this the same version used in all those erogue animations you see around? (minus the censor)

There is no such game on steam as far as I know. Koikatsu is probably better anyway.

Koikatsu Party was the last Illusion game to see a western release, Koikatsu Sunshine was going to get one as well but Illusion shut down. The closest you'd get to a new Illusion game is this when it comes out;

As it is heavily suspected that ILLGAMES is a studio of mostly (if not exclusively) former Illusion staff.

Yeah that's what i read in the H-games wiki was just wondering if this is the version used in those animations you see in the R34 pages, I could try to get Sunshine but idk if it is as completed as Party or its japanese version

Yes this is the "right version", however this game doesn't have the studio by default. Therefore you gotta install a patch from "better repack". This restores the studio functionality (where you can create the scenes you are referring to) and comes a long with a bunch of recommended mods such as assets to the studio.

Do you think this game will replace Koikatsu? Do you think it will have same popularity and same level of community involvement? So far, reviews indicate that HomeCome was not a success. (Previous Illgames game)

Koikatu Sunshine can be found on Steam "Unlocked" and downloaded from there
