HF Patch install
After downloading the Patch do I have to do the same thing as with the story patch. So do i have to drag the files into the koikatsu folder?

No.

1. Download all the files of HF patch (total size is around 20 gb)
2. Run the .exe file
3. Follow installer's instructions

You should read the manual and instructions before you install mods.

On the github site:
Special patch is included in HF Patch, you don't have to install it manually. It won't hurt anything if you have it installed already, the patch will figure itself out.
