How to start actual game?

I didn't get it. I have another version of old Koitatsu disk images w/o DLCs which I've got long time ago. And have everything there even w/o patches & mods. Everything > means: Game(Story mode), Chara Editor & Studio. Here (on Steam) I bought game with DLC & have only character creator, insta sex action & dance show... I've red some comments where ppl saying the game is here and also suggesting to get HF patch. I know the deal about HF patch & tons of mods. My old fully packed & modded game is 13gb. But this one is 19gb and... . Even Manual says about After Party DLC: "This DLC adds a number of features to the base game". Base Game? Where? Even manual itself says there are just 4 buttons in main menu: Chara, Extrass, Settings, Quit. I mean Illusion... WTF? . In my old game I have at least New Game & Load Game buttons in main(title) menu. Or am I'm doing something wrong? Or its just happens the game(story) mode is not accessible w/o HF patch? If its so, that is fkn weird.

It's just Steam censorship issues.

Google, download and install the free HF Patch for that game, and it will unlock/enable all of the content you've mentioned and then some.

Illusion has to reduce game features in the "steam edition", but if you install the hf patch, that includes the story mode and all of the other stuff too. Otherwise, After Party dlc needs to be purchase separatelly.

Bro, this is messed up, like it was absolutely pointless to buy this game here on Steam... while everything is locked here, even the game itself. That means only stuff you getting for your money is Character creator(which have a Free alternative somewhere here on Steam) & little animated dancing show with music.

From a monetary perspective, considering the price tag - it is not worth it. Especially when you compare it to the free HF Patch.

As far what it adds, I'm pretty sure it's a few new special date maps that you can visit with your girlfriend(s) once a week.

Hf patch didnt add threesome mode, personalities and didnt add the maps tho, so all content in the after party dlc are exclusively to the after party dlc. Hf patch dont need the dlc to install, but it will notify you if you dont have the dlc.
From my opinoin, i think the dlc worth the price, and add a lot of stuff. Of course not comparable with a fan made mod pack.
