What is Betterrepack?
Do I need this when I have the full game, with all dlc's and the HF patch?

No, you don't need it. It's just like the HF Patch but with another selection of mods and plugin.

Content I'm guessing. I never messed with it myself, I just stuck with hf patch, lol

I did mess with kplug, but...eh...apparently that's for story mode stuff, and I never really cared about that. xD

If this other thing involves the studio then maybe I'll look at it, if it adds any new stuff the hf patch doesn't have.
