1. Start male character editor.
2. Drag and drop any female character card into male character editor.
3. Save your character.
Or you may add rod of love to any girl into female editor - body tab - uncensors.
innately, no
however it can be done with extensions by pairing (insert whatever shapes you've used to make one) to the penis bone, and then moving that group to where the clitoris is
how elegant it looks depends on how good your extension-fu is
in the 'waist' section there are a large number of primitive shapes that, with a bit of creativity, be used to create just about anything you can think of; while not exactly my proudest accomplishment in video-games, prior to their introduction as complete 'units' in the genital section, i have used these primitives to make those kinds of more 'exotic' schlongs, among other things
another potential use is to cover the vaginal area if you want to use anything other than 'defaultbody_f' for TG/newhalf/otoko-no-ko chracters, which is fairly low-quality compared to the newer offerings
that is without getting into the many, many possible non-genital related uses for primitive shapes
there is one thing to take note of, though: all accessories incorrectly reflect red light in the studio, which can cause colour seams on accessories you've otherwise matched to the skin tones of your character
i've yet to figure out if there is a useable material in the material editor that doesn't suffer from this issue, and no, the default skin material doesn't work on primitives
