That's it. You can create a girl and then have sex with her. UNLESS, you update the game with the special patch from the dev Illusion, or even better, update it with the HF patch, which includes the special patch. Personally, I'd go with the HF patch. A considerable amount of content is added with either, but the HF patch adds way more than just the special patch.

You fill up seats in the Academy with the girl you like.

After this you walk around campus and are free to talk with any of the girls, or peek them in showers, restrooms or when they are having girly fun with one another.

You have to answer their questions right in order for them to like them more and for sex to happen.

You can touch their body parts as well while talking.

After you progress on the story or do more exploration on campus you unlock more sex animations.

And there are several storyline characters with written dialogues and some primitive (but nice and funny) cutscenes as well.

Beside the Story Mode you can use the Character Studio to create own scenes just to take pictures for or even animate the characters in the scene.

U can get them for free if you do some research
Game censors genitalia at first, but with HF patch u can view the genitalia without any problem

There are no DLCs on Steam, but you can get them on DMM.

There are no english translations though, only mods for english machine translation.

The sex scenes are censored, but there are mods to uncensor the game. Just install the HF Patch, which includes 9000000 mods and you are fine. (make sure to tick the check boxes you want)

Buy the game here, patch it with either the special patch from the dev (Illusion) or the HF patch, which includes the special patch. The two DLC's that can be used with the Steam version can only be bought outside of Steam and there are a number of issues with implementing them. They don't add a whole lot and they're dang pricey.
