VR seems a bit disappointing

It appears that when you use the VR mod, you only have 1 extremely basic mode in which you can use it... No real progression or goal like in story mode. No character creation in VR.... and because of lack of mods outside character creation and story mode... you really don't get much out of the HF mod either.

Anyone else disappointed by VR DLC? or am I mistaking how I am supposed to be using it?

(also any way to disable the controller buzzing on touch? Seems unneccesary, and drains the battery.)

Yep. The official VR DLC seems a bit ... disappointing.

I don't know if a new mod is out, but some time ago this user made VR mod (with Story Mode!1) worked fine: REDACTED BY STEAM SUPPORT KoikatuVR

I am not sure though if it works with Koikatsu Party.

Thanks, I'll have to look into it... though from what I see not much hope...it functions by replacing a file and also there is a particular named exe....it will likely depend on just how much overlap there is with Party...

not yet, I tried all the things the github says but still the original VR content...
