It seems devs got disappointed in Steam (just a guess).
The amount of mods and plugins probably plays an important role, too.
Room Girl is a new game with a different gameplay than the other Illusion games.
If it's popular enough, chances are high for a western version. We already got Koikatsu Party and Honey Select 2. So, be patience. Maybe write Illusion a nice e-mail. ;)
Play Artificial Academy 2 then, it has tons of life simulation (compared to other illusion games).
yes, banding together KK's DLC (darkness was a pre-release bonus that never got localized for extremely obvious reasons) was a nice surprise, and they released HS:2 because they didn't want to backtrack on their pledge, but this isn't 2016 anymore
