Room Girl [New Illusion game] coming steam?

I'm in favor of community pressure (lobbying) to come to Steam.

You are right about that. But I believe they are also to blame. I think they will not regret this time. The steam community will give due attention.

Just a guess, but Koikatu was a pretty popular game and it had lots of text, so an english localization for Koikatu probably was wanted by the western community and in the end worth it for Illusion.
The amount of mods and plugins probably plays an important role, too.

Room Girl is a new game with a different gameplay than the other Illusion games.
If it's popular enough, chances are high for a western version. We already got Koikatsu Party and Honey Select 2. So, be patience. Maybe write Illusion a nice e-mail. ;)

I checked this room girl, its interesting, but i personally dont like the honey select style. I tried HS but it was a dissapointment for me. Koikatsu is much better. :D Illusion needs to release sunshine first here.

I think honey selection is a really unnecessary game. We think alike on this. Room girl, on the other hand, was like sims, which made me very curious. We think alike on this. I like that its like sims, but it can use HS character cards, and have the same graphics. I prefer the koikatsu graphics instead. So i dont really need room girl on steam.

Game graphics have not always been important to me. The content and offerings of the game are always important. Koikatsu is also nice, but room girl was a game that excited me more as a life sim.

Play Artificial Academy 2 then, it has tons of life simulation (compared to other illusion games).

There is already a lot of discussion in the Artificial Academy 2 topic. We're talking about a new game. And Illusion policies can be a very open environment for this new game to be released on steam. I would appreciate it if you would comment in a way that does not deviate from the topic title.

given that we didn't even get KK:S, what makes you think illusion have any real interest in continuing to not only release titles on steam, but continuing to provide post-release support (for what that's worth) for the titles that they have released?

yes, banding together KK's DLC (darkness was a pre-release bonus that never got localized for extremely obvious reasons) was a nice surprise, and they released HS:2 because they didn't want to backtrack on their pledge, but this isn't 2016 anymore
steam isn't as amenable as they once were
