"Innovative" is there for the sole purpose of their new company's name being exactly like the first 3 letters from the "old" company's name, Illusion,
so more folks would flock to buy their games.
yeah that sounds about right, I could see Japn devs being so out of touch with PC English markets they thought they could just hit a button and it'll take the games off right away, meanwhile there's probably a more involved process from Valve's side of vetting it and stuff
