Accessory Scale?

Brand new to using Koikatsu. I'm trying to create a female model and I have some items I want to put on her, like a choker. Problem is, the item is not big enough, keeps cliping into her neck.

I'm not seeing a way to increase the scale of that specific item.

I ran into a tutorial for doing so in Unity, but is there a way to do so more simply in the character creator? Literally all I want to do is make an accessory larger.

While I'm here, any good resources/active communities I should check out?

And clothes. Running into clothing that clips, or has body parts clip. Is there a way to change scale and such for clothing / items in general while creating a character?
