Nearly every older Illusion title is extremely unlikely or not going to get Steam releases, usually due to the themes they have. The few I can think of (apart from Rapelay) are;
Artificial Academy 1 & 2 - If you remove the school setting, you are quite literally left with just the character creator.
Battle Raper - I mean, look at the title. Although if that content is removed, it'd be an okay fighting game.
Premium Play Darkness - Has strong rape themes.

The only really safe ones I can think of would be;
Artificial Girl series
Sexy Beach series
HaremMate
MusuMakeup
Honey Select series (we're getting Honey Select 2 DX on Steam next month, so that's something.)

While Rapelay is never making it because of the controversy, Steam is far more comfortable with non-con than high school settings. I really think it is all about age and looking young. If Koikatsu re-branded everything as a college, I suspect it would have passed. The sex sure did. Who knows, though. Steam probably doesn't know their own standards here.

I question whether older titles would even work on modern-day machines. (Artificial Academy 2 doesn't work properly on Windows 10 unless it's modded with a patch that fixes it.)
