Having downloaded type 90 characters I didn't know which girl needed the MOD.
In the end I deleted the entire game folder and reinstalled the whole game, and I will certainly pay more attention to the creators' comments.
Even though putting the link for the used mods I don't think it's a burden. I downloaded one of Senran Kagura where he requested to own the Hairmod accessories mod ?! Mod that I surely won't have, at least unless it is inculcated in HF 2.8

Strange, I have HF patch 2.8 installed and this card loaded totally fine without anything missing. I have some additional mods too though.

Anyway the card don't contain a reqirement for Character texture pack 1.5.9.
