Animated uncensors are default ones now, so it will work for most girls without any edits required.

(Most of new animations are from free kplug though, but nevertheless.)

Actually, the HF Patch itself is free; you can use qBittorrent to download it for free. You'll see the Torrent Magnets on ManlyMarco's GitHub page.

Do I have to download the hf patch installer again in order to update it, or using the update button in KP's launcher is enough?

The upload button is only for the mods. If you want 3.9 you have to download and install it manually.
