english version of the shortcuts

i just got the game and wanted to check out the shortcuts for it but its all in japanese. is there and englisg version of the shortcut lost? if so can someone sent i would appreciate that.

What exactly do you mean by "shortcuts"?

if you press f2 in story mode with the hf patch you see a list of keyboard shortcuts but its al in chinese. i was wondering if there is and english version.

people are saying to go here: D:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Koikatsu Party\manual\English and open the README but i cant find it so if someone could post a picture i download link for the file that would be much appreciated

Pretty strange, it should be in english (if all the rest is in english).

Check whether language of the game is set to "English" in launcher.

You don't need readme file, you need manual. It's located in:

"Koikatsu Party\manual\English\README.html"

Actually the keyboard shortcut thing is located in: \manual\English\img\game

Maybe yours is not japanese but chinese since Steam offers the english and chinese translations. But if it's just that one ingame function which is not english ... mkay, no need to take action I guess.
