Please Help Koikatsu won't load and I don't know why

So I tried loading up Koikatsu after a couple of months and when I first got it it worked Fine I had the Special Patch and the HF patch but now when I try loading it up it constantly Crashes taking up 100% of my CPU and I don't know why. I've been trying for hours If you all could help me out I would GREATLY appreciate it.

Any changes (hardware, new mods, plugins, ...) since the last time it worked?
When does it "crash"? Does it crash everytime right at the start of the game or is it different, ..
What exactly happens in a "crash"? Does the game just close, do you see a error, ...

Did you reinstall the HF Patch, updated the plugins with the KKManager, ... ?

You can rename the "winhttp.dll" in the game folder to "-winhttp.dll" and start the game without mods and plugins. Maybe a plugin caused the "crash".

I deleted everything including the mods and reinstalled just the Steam version and when I loading it up it hit 100% CPU again and it gave me a black screen. I could hear the Music and move the cursor tho

The maxing out your CPU part is kinda a red flag, what cpu do you have? I'm trying to figure out if your CPU is too slow to run the game or if it's a bug causing it to crash.

1. Try updating your gpu drivers.
2. Try running the game in windowed mode.

My Computer says Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-7300HQ CPU @ 2.50Ghz

Similar problems as well. been having it off and on, the whole game except the storey mode works... storey mode works sometimes others it loads then just permanent white screen with music.

Just to clarify though i have got storey mode working sometimes just randomly ether does or dosnt work
