Good/fast ways to raise fitness, smarts, and sensuality?

Since most of the guides here are about mods and default waifus, I was wondering if there are any particularly good places to help raise these 3 stats you see in the upper right corner.

Where are some good places to raise these? Should I make one more important than the other 2? What effect do they have on the game?

Sensuality makes your character more charming, so you need less talking before girls like you (maxing out friendship / love bar for the first time).

Fitness and smarts are for "Invite to Study" and "Invite to Exercise" actions (the ones under heart-shaped button), which can increase girls liking you as well (I guess).

Also increasing fittness usually increasing sensuality as well as I noticed (not always though).

So just max out your sensuality in manga room, toilets, etc. All other is not much important.

Fitness: Increases movement speed.
Smarts: Makes it harder for females to dislike you.
Sensuality: Increases your talent for lovemaking.

Just run around in the school and search for the symbols.

make girl follow you and then search the spot, if a girl following you, you will not get any negative result.
