where can i get new maps? and how to install them.

i looked around on the web, and got a few maps, from a link, but they didn't work, even though i placed them on the mods folder like instructed.

so the question is, is there a official site where i can get maps? and how do i install them? does it need to be a specific type of file?

If it's a .zipmod put it into the mods folder. If it's a .png file put it into userdata/studio/scene.

If you don't find it ingame, then it's a map for Charastudio. (which is included in the HF Patch)

1. Run game's launcher.
2. Press "Update" button in the lower left corner.
3. Select "Sideloader modpack - extra maps"
4. Press "Update selected mods" in the lower right corner.

To use them in main game go to:

Extras - have sex - select map - scroll the list of maps down to find new ones.

there is no "sideloader modpack - extra maps" option, what do i do now?

2. Your KKManger is really old (this should not happen if you have HF patch 3.5 or 3.6)

So try starting game - going to Extras -have sex - and scrolling the list of maps down, maybe you already have extra maps installed.

If it's not the case - update KKManger manually.

Run "Koikatsu Party\[UTILITY] KKManager\KKManager.exe", go to "Help - check for updates", go to the given page, download "KKManager_v0.16.0.7z", unpack it to:

"Koikatsu Party\[UTILITY] KKManager"

Confirm replacing.

it seems to be already updated, so the problem ins't there, i spotted a few maps in-game, but the PNG file maps are not there(wich is the majoroty of them), i did placed them where dunkler indicated however, so i don't know if they are either in the studio mode, or not working.

New maps should have ".zippmod" or ".zip" file extensions.

You need to put them to "Koikatsu Party\mods" folder in order for them to work.



.png files with "maps" are saved scenes for Studio (separate app for making cool screenshots and staic / animated scenes).

To use them:

1. Put them to "Koikatsu Party\UserData\Studio\scene"
2. Press "Start studio" in launcher (top-middle part of window).
3. In studio select "System - Load", coose your scene

yeah...i messed around with it...and i have no clue how to use it, besides what you explained, i think i will just stick with the default mode.

thank you for your help though, this whole thing would have been way harder without it.
