Is there a way I can add additional bone/skeletal manipulation facets?
Title.

I want a mod that will allow me to add custom bone structure points to be manipulated, there's just certain things on characters I want to move around but currently cant (like toes and several parts of their hair)

as well as a way to manipulate things like Tails and wings more fluently, the adv bone mod from kkpe is too limiting.

More "Fang" options would be great too. as in adding bottom fangs, and additional upper fangs, with different sizes.

and finger/toe nails. Currently I can't find a way to add longer fingernails.

I tried to experiment with certain shapes but they don't stay attached to the characters when they move their hands around, they just stay in the position I originally put them.

Set up "Parent" field for accesories properly when setting it's coordinates. If your accesorly should be moving with the head, set "Head" as a parent, etc. It will be updating it's coordinates as head moves after this.

if its for nails, you have an option to set accessories on the tips of the fingers, on the accessories tab you have to click on the parent option and then click on the bottom option that says fingers, don´t forget to select the tip of the finger instead of the base or the middle. Thats how I managed to make claws that work on my monster girls, here´s a vmd I aplied my characters to has an example: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cwbstu6ITE0

Ahh thanks. That's very helpful!

What about adding skeletal facets? Know anything about that? I really want to add more bone structure to certain body parts and wings/tails.

I didn´t do the animation, I used a Bepix plugin that allows you to use motions from MMD in studio, the only thing I actually did were the characters and the positioning of the items, piano etc... Has for the wings I used some options from material editor plus a lightning texture that I got from a character of a friend of mine. You can check the character to see how I did her here: https://kenzato.uk/booru/ravenest

As far as I know you can't add new bones on your own.

Though you can manipulate existing ones in ABMX advanced mode (the game shown there is different, but ABMX is the same for all):

And you can add more fangs with triangle promitives (I've seen this several times).

Don't know what AMBX is or what the acronym stands for, but if I can get my hands on it without having to pay 100 USD it definitely looks like I can do what I want to do with it.

Where do I get this plugin? It looks useful.

All that you need should be in the latest Honfire Patch, you have to press Ctrl + Shift + V, in studio, the name of the plugin is KKVMDPlayPlugin, here´s avideo someone else made explaining how it works: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bMAUP3qGHpY
On the video I shared before(the one with the dragon girl and boy), I have a link for the original video, that´s where I got the motion, the youtube channel from the guy who made it, is called Seto, he has a ton of good motions that he shares.

If you have HF patch installed you should have both ABMX and KKVMDPlay.

Ahh okay I already have it then. Sweet! I appreciate your follow up. *bows*

Thank you so much :D

Thats really easy to use, Im more interested in the bone modding, my character Lilyia has an extremely long tail which she uses to manipulate objects quite often, currently due to limitations within studio her tail just kind of hangs off like dead weight, though the j_01* in adv bone mode kind of lets me manipulate it, but not to the degree I'm looking for.

Yea so I already have them, just had no idea! I appreciate your response! *bows*

When I got the latest patch I didn't know all the stuff that came with it, I just knew I wanted to transfer my animations comics from Maid 3D2 to Koikatsu because the character creator was so much better and the only way to get studio mode was to do this patch.

I basically wrote a light novel for one of my characters and 3d maid and Koikatsu let me bring them to life in 3d without me spending lots of time working in blender. (Which I plan to do anyway, and when my actual graphic drawing gets better I planned to make a manga She really took off on my social media so I figured, why not? I love this character)

So I basically just use the Advanced Bone mod Window in character creation to add the new bone structures I want correct?

What exactly is the accessory for Light wings and Demon tail slot called? I can't seem to find them, is it named after like "back" "waist" since that's the slot type associated with it?

Hmm... if I'm understanding this correctly, its only for character customization of the model...but nothing that will allow me to add anything that I can manipulate for poses, just the appearance.

Considering demon (and cat) tails:

Considering bones: as far as I understand you use "add" button to select bones (from the existing bones list) that you will be adjusting.

You are not creating new bones by "adding" them.

That's the thing, there are literally no bone structures for devil/demon tail. I am also pretty sure from what I understand is that this is purely an aesthetic. It provides no benefit for
manually manipulating character model poses in studio, which is what I am wanting.

The only way to "Slightly" adjust them is with the adv bone kkpe active going under the "dynamic bones" tab, its at the bottom, and the manipulations are so weak they can be barely be considered basic.
You can pull the tail around a little bit by the tip but it looks so unnatural. :'( Better than the tail dragging on the ground I guess... but blah. heart broken here.

If I had a way to manipulate her tail the same way you can manipulate tentacles it would be a dream come true, I considered trying to adjust a tentacle to work/look like a tail but it just doesn't work very well as I can't color or shape it properly, the idea would have been to swap out the design as I needed.

There's also nothing for wings either. Pity.
