Missing mods? Where do i find them? please help guys

Hi hello i have this character card but it seems that i am missing a bunch of mods for it? Where would i find these mods, ty.

Make sure to upload the actual character card (must be a .png file).

The HF patch also includes a bunch of mods, not sure if what you're trying to use has been made with any of the mods from that patch?
