CharaStudio - The Most Unconventional Usage of the Software
So, I've been looking all over for 'Relatively' easy Software to use that could do everything I'm looking for. Then it struck me... This can do everything I need (I think).

Checklist:
> Anime Characters / Art-Style - TICK
> Full Animation and Custom-Anim - TICK (looking at what other people have posted)
> Asset Importing of Vehicles and Locations - TICK
> Full Camera and Light Editing - TICK
> Commercial Licencing - ??? Non-Profit appear to run into no issues, Paid-For I don't know
> BONUS - User-Created Content - TICK
> BONUS - Touhou Characters - I can find lots of the common ones

OK, so that ticks everything, so now all I need is a Tutorial for Dumies on how to use CharaStudio.

I'm trying to produce an Anime Series, and as such, I'm looking to use Touhou Characters and so on. The Series is also meant to feature the following Locations:
Open Seas - Bermuda Triangle
Japan - Tokyo
Japan - Somewhere Rural with a Shrine (taking most recommended suggestion)
Japan - A Neko Cafe (this will be used frequently in the Anime, needs a basement)
Japan - Narita International (Airport)
England - London
England - Birmingham
England - Coventry
England - Heath-Row (Airport)
Scotland - Glasgow
America - Area 51 (Yes, I'm actually serious about using this in my Anime)
America - Washington DC
America - New York City (got to have the big Apple)
America - LAX (Airport)
Canada - Taking suggestions
Russia - Moscow
Russia - Vladivostok
Russia - A Naval Base (Taking suggestions)
China - Taking suggestions
North Korea - Because we can, LOL (it's fitting for the Anime)
Australia - Sidney

OK, so that's a very long list, but it's for an Anime that I intend to span over many episodes. The list is actually in Introduction Order, so it will feature each of those locations in that order for the most part.

Vehicles:
Just about every Country's Military Vehicle to speak of. From Main Battle Tanks, to Light Armoured Vehicles, all the way to Fighter Jets, Cargo Planes, and AWACS Aircraft, and then we have Cruisers, Destroyers, and Aircraft Carriers and more.
Civilian Vehicles would include Eco-Friendly Cars, from People Carriers, to Sports, and Super Cars. Service Vehicles also to be included in this list. Accepting Made-Up Cars so long as they look the part (realistic enough to be believable).

Limitations:
OK, so I know there are limitations to Software like this, but my PC is up to it. So this will come down to what the Software's Maximum Load is.

Why am I not using Unity:
Frankly, I haven't got a clue what I'm doing with that, and rigging each Anime Styled Character is a long process since each Character would need to be made from scratch most likely using VRoid Studio, and then manually rigging their clothing to each one. No fast-swaps, and no Auto-Detection on Logic/Physics.

Why not use Blender:
Same reason as not using Unity, the Manual Rigging of Clothing for every single Anime Character would increase work-load 20-fold. This is because the Characters would be changing from one Uniform to another, and will not be wearing the same thing each episode. For military personal, they will have anything up to 20 sets of clothing, including formal on-duty attire, formal off-duty attire, casual clothing (civilian), Tactical Gear and so on.
One Character (my Flag-Ship) will have up to 80 sets of clothing throughout the series, likely more. Episode 1 will have her in Nightwear, Tactical Gear (Desert), Tactical Gear (Navy), Uniform (Navy), Civilian Attire (8 different sets).

Yes, a massive project, and all by one person, me. So this could be one very interesting ride, and I would hope to have a few fans along the way.

Anyone who likes Touhou, this should be a treat for you.

Anyone who would like their Character featured in my Anime Series can leave their CharaCard Links in response to this Thread. I'll be looking for all walks of life. From the old lady, to the fresh-faced businessman, to the cutest Neko in town. Yes, I said Neko... Any Extra Terrestrial are also welcome, since my Anime is going to be throwing them into the mix too. Fox-Person, Cat-Person, Dragon-Person, Elf, you name it. Race, Background, whatever, I'm looking for a wide variety.

Anime: Touhou - A Parallel World
Rating: 18+ (Mature Content, Warfare, and Strong Language)

Chara Studio in this game is not initially intended for creating animations. It's intended for creating still scenes with custom characters for making nice screenshots.

You can create them with mods or export them from mmd, but it's still RATHER laborous and time-consuming to create proper ones (even short ones).

And it will still be nothing like animations in proper anime anyway (and clothes will still glitch in some cases).

Creating full-time properly animated anime series with a one preson crew is borderline impossible anyways (or will take years), you will need to animate a TON of things (I'm not even talking about other necessary things).

Example of animation exported from MMD to Koi:

"Live streaming and the reuse of game screenshots is also prohibited." (Quote from game's manual).

Well, as everything won't involve the Default Characters, I should be alright.
