This is created in the Characater Studio. It's not included in the Steam version, but you can get it through the REDACTED BY STEAM SUPPORT (mod pack).
With the Character Studio you can create your own scenes, load a custom map, load several girls, pose them as you wish, just for screenshot purposes. :-) You can even animate them if you want and have enough time ... most of the screenshots you see in the Screenshots or Artworks tab are created in Character Studio.
yeah something like that but girl lift up the skirt by themself,not by others.

You can create it yourself or use the created scenes of other users if they share the scene. (it's just a .png file, like the character cards)
