Be aware that it doesn't work with the HF Patch/most mods. So either you use kplug and maybe install some few mods manually or you use the HF Patch without Kplug.

I also saw that there was a mod from AI Shojou ported to Koikatsu and I tried to put them in but it doesn't work.

Works for me, at least for H scenes. But it's just the guy's POV.

Is there a mod to do this for the HF Patch without using Kplug?

I believe the recent HF Patch versions includes a new POV plugin which can do that. Maybe it is an optional plugin, so make sure to check the checkbox in the HF Patch installation.
