HF Patch
what are or is the link to download the HF patch? I can see one but it wants me to pay for it. and could i get help with getting it installed?

The HF Patch is free. It's just that the direct download links are behind a paywall.
Torrent is free! You need a torrent client for that, for example https://www.qbittorrent.org/
Then you need to use the magnet links in the torrent client which are posted on the patreon site.

Just download and save it wherever you want. If you finished the download, you can start the HF Patch, then you have to choose the game folder (where Koikatsu Party is installed). Just use the recommended installation and you are fine.
